No! As payment is made in advance you don't need to be at home for the collection unless we need access to the property or location where the waste is stored, all we ask is for the rubbish/bin to be out and ready for collection by 8am on the day of collection.

If you have more waste than you thought, don't worry! We will take it all and will just charge you the difference on the day. If you have a lot more waste than you thought, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

We have partnered with Stripe to handle all payments, we do not store any payment information on our servers. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.

Depending on the service you choose.

Subscription: you may have deposit to pay as you signup and then you will be billed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.

On demand: you are billed each time you use it.

Yes! We are a licensed waste carrier and we take our responsibilities very seriously. We will always dispose of your waste in the most environmentally friendly way possible. We will always recycle where possible and dispose of the rest in the most responsible way.

We can usually remove your waste the next working day, if we are in the area we can often pick up the same day. Typically we promote a 2 working day turn-around as this allows us to better optimize our routes and reduce our carbon footprint.

Subscriptions are collected on a set day for your area, you can choose how often, so you will know when to expect us (and you will get an email reminder).
