How it works

1. Check your postcode

Check to see if we provide services in your area, if not please fill in the form and we will expand our services to your area soon.

2. Choose your options

Provide a few details about yourself and your address for the collections, we will let you know which day we collect in your area on this screen.

3. Payment

We have partnered with Stripe to provide a secure payment gateway for our products and subscriptions, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

4. Collection

Your order is placed and our drivers are notified, you will get an email reminder and we will collect your waste on the chosen day.

What we can take

General household rubbish from normal home use that fits safely inside your Bineezy bin.
Some mixed recyclable waste from normal home use.
Small mixed waste items that are not sharp, hazardous, electrical, or bulky.
Some animal waste, including pet litter and bedding as long as it is securely bagged.
Non-recyclable plastics.
Broken toys

If you're unsure about an item, please check our help center or contact us before your collection day.

We reserve the right to refuse collection of any items that are not suitable for our service, and we may contact you if we find any items that cannot be collected.

All rubbish must be securely bagged and fit safely in the bin.

What we cannot take

Loose items, all waste must be bagged and fit safely inside the bin.
Hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, fuel, gas bottles, or liquids.
Electrical items, batteries.
Clincal waste.
Flourescent tubes and bulbs.
Soil, rubble, bricks, concrete, plasterboard, garden waste, or heavy building waste.
Sharp items unless they are safely contained and agreed with us before collection.
Raw unpackaged food waste, excess animal waste.
Tyres.
