No! As payment is made in advance you don't need to be at home for the bin to be emptied, all we ask is for the bin to be out and ready for collection by 8am on the day of collection.

When you signup you will be allocated a day that we are in your area and we will collect your bin between 8am - 8pm. Don't worry we'll send you reminders before each collection. Please ensure the bin is easily accessible for our team to locate without any obstructions.

We have partnered with Stripe to handle all payments, we do not store any payment information on our servers. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.

Depending on the service you choose, you may have deposit to pay as you signup and then you will be billed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. For the on demand service you are billed each time you use it.

You will be notified by email if your payment fails, with instructions on how to rectify. Our system will try again automatically within a few hours but if the payment fails your collection wont be scheduled. It will resume after the next payment is received.

Yes, you can cancel anytime in your account settings, no questions are asked but we would really appreciate it if you could give us some feedback.

Yes, you can change service, just let us know via the contact us section in your account and we will be happy to make the changes for you.
